Arimokko Living design consultation — client and designer reviewing material samples
01

Listen

Week 1

The Design Consultation

Every Arimokko home begins with a conversation — not a sales pitch. We spend 60 to 90 minutes with you, in our showroom or at your home, learning how you cook, how you live, and how you want your space to feel. We ask about your morning routine, your storage frustrations, the kitchens you've admired in magazines and why. We listen before we draw a single line.

Complimentary. No obligation. In-showroom or home visit.

Arimokko Living concept presentation — 3D kitchen render and material selection
02

Imagine

Weeks 2 – 3

The Concept Presentation

Within two weeks of your consultation, your dedicated designer presents a tailored concept: photorealistic 3D renders of your space, a curated material and finish selection, a detailed floor plan, and a full itemised quotation. Nothing is generic. Every element — the veneer species, the hardware finish, the countertop profile — is chosen specifically for your home and your brief.

Full 3D renders, material board, and itemised quote included.

Arimokko Living design refinement — reviewing plans and material swatches together
03

Refine

Weeks 3 – 5

Refinement & Sign-Off

We refine the design together — adjusting layouts, swapping finishes, reconsidering proportions — until every detail is exactly right. There is no limit to the number of revisions. We do not move to production until you are completely, unhesitatingly satisfied. This is the stage where good kitchens become extraordinary ones.

Unlimited revisions. We proceed only when you are ready.

Arimokko Living workshop — craftsman measuring and cutting cabinet components
04

Craft

Weeks 5 – 10

Workshop Production

Once signed off, your cabinetry enters our production workshop. Every carcass is cut from E0-rated board, every door is lacquered in multiple coats with hand-sanding between each, every veneer is book-matched and pressed under controlled conditions. Blum and Hettich hardware is fitted and tested before a single panel leaves the workshop. You receive progress updates throughout.

Typical production lead time: 4 – 6 weeks from sign-off.

Arimokko Living installation — professional team fitting kitchen cabinetry
05

Install

Weeks 10 – 12

Installation & Handover

Our own installation team — not subcontractors — arrives on site. A typical kitchen installation takes two to three days. We protect your floors, manage all site waste, and leave your home cleaner than we found it. On handover, your designer walks you through every mechanism, every soft-close drawer, every concealed hinge adjustment — so you understand your kitchen completely from day one.

Installed by our own team. Full handover walkthrough included.
